Hello Champions,
It is my pleasure to introduce the General Format for the 2008 LCFL West. Below I will outline the breakdowns of the leagues Divisional alignment, cover the dates of our regular season play, and the general structure of the LCFL West post season play. Please bear in mind that the LCFL West schedule is designed to mirror the NAFL in Start Date, and the National Playoffs. There has been talk of a 12, or 13 game season, but the league has settled on a 10 Game Regular Season. Please also note, that because of expansion, the LCFL West will begin the season with 27 Member Teams, and that ONE division (South) will have 6 teams, instead of 7 like the others. Each team will play members of their Division (One) time, and 4 or 5 outside their division. The format will be the North playing the West, and the South Playing the East, in inter-divisional play.
